—— Overview
SuiteSpot exhibits at 5+ property management conferences a year, and every booth sits next to a dozen competitors selling similar software. I designed the whole on-site presence: the booth, team apparel, a different VIP gift for each city, and the LinkedIn posts that told people where to find us. The rule I kept: one booth system that travels, and one gift that belongs to the city.

—— Booth & Banner
The booth breaks into three pieces: the backdrop, the two side tables, and a roll-up banner, all running the same wrench graphic and teal palette so they read as one unit from any angle.

—— Conference-Specific VIP
Instead of repeating the same generic giveaway at every conference, I created event-specific merchandise tailored to each experience.
Since SuiteSpot serves the property maintenance industry, a multifunctional wrench gift paired with a QR code linking directly to the demo booking page helped drive engagement.
For the VIP Social in New Orleans, known for its jazz culture, I created vinyl record-inspired coasters as a memorable event gift.
Beyond the event giveaways, T-shirts, sneakers, badges, and caps gave the team a cohesive look that made them instantly recognizable as SuiteSpot from across the room.

—— Pre-Show Hype
Built the LinkedIn graphics that ran before each show — booth maps, team headshot grids, and dates, so the SuiteSpot network knew exactly where to find the team and prospects had a reason to walk over.
